Santo (Sandy) Bisignano, Jr. is a founding partner of Bisignano Harrison LLP, where he counsels clients on estate planning, business continuation planning, charitable gift planning, estate and trust administration, wealth preservation, fiduciary representation, and marital property issues.
Sandy is an active member of the State Bar of Texas and is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and the Texas Bar Foundation. Sandy is past President of the Dallas Estate Planning Council (1999-2000). He also served on the Board of Directors of the Dallas Bar Association Probate, Trusts and Estates Section and as Chairman of the Section (1992-1993). Sandy has been named as one of the “Best Lawyers in America” by Woodward White (1994-2012); “Best Lawyers in Dallas/Ft. Worth” by D Magazine (2003-2007); and a “Texas Super Lawyer” by Texas Monthly Magazine (2004-2012). He is also a frequent speaker at local, state, and national estate planning programs and seminars.
Sandy received his B.B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1969, where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business in 1971, and his J.D. degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1978, where he was an Associate Editor of the Notre Dame Law Review. Sandy is married to Tia, and they have two children, Tessa and Barrett.
